Cleaning fee: A one time $85 cleaning fee is assessed for stays less than 14 nights.

Security Deposit: $100 due at time of reservations and is refunded after departure.

Reservation Deposition: For reservations 90 days or more in advance, $100 due at time of reservation and is deducted from total at time of final payment.

Cancellation policy: From date of booking to 90 days prior to arrival date: Full refund, less $100 cancellation fee. NO REFUNDS ON DAY OF ARRIVAL. NO SHORTENED
